We want you to love your Turtledove London organic cotton pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring you include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier collection point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
